Every piece carries a BIS hallmark and leaves the workshop with a purity slip stating weight, silver grade and the artisan's mark.
Yes. Bring a photograph, a family heirloom or a sketch and our karigars will draw a design for approval before any silver is cut.
Keep pieces dry, away from perfume, and stored in the cloth pouch provided. Wipe with a soft dry cloth — never use liquid polish on oxidised work.
